Our Process
We’re here with you every step of the way.
Our comprehensive six-step construction process ensures a smooth and efficient journey from concept to completion. Each phase is designed to provide clarity, maintain high standards, and meet your specific needs. From initial budgeting to final walkthroughs, we handle every detail with precision and professionalism, ensuring your project is delivered on time and to your utmost satisfaction.
Preliminary Budget Estimation
Provide the client with an approximate cost estimation for the project, outlining key expenses and considerations. This includes analyzing material costs, labor fees, and any potential additional expenses. Take into account various factors such as the size of the project, complexity of design, and current market prices to ensure an accurate and comprehensive estimate.
Design & Engineering
Translate client ideas into detailed plans and designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally feasible. Collaborate closely with the client to understand their vision and requirements, then work with architects and engineers to develop blueprints and specifications. Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations, and incorporate sustainable and innovative solutions where possible.
Permits & Plan Submittal
Manage the process of submitting construction plans for city approval and acquiring necessary permits. This involves preparing all required documentation, scheduling and attending meetings with city officials, and addressing any questions or concerns that arise during the review process. Stay informed about local zoning laws and building codes to ensure all plans meet the necessary standards for approval.
Formal Proposal & Contract Development
Present a formal proposal and contract based on final construction plans, outlining project scope and costs. This includes a detailed breakdown of all expenses, a timeline for completion, and terms and conditions. Review the proposal with the client to ensure all their needs and expectations are met, and make any necessary adjustments before finalizing the contract.
Construction Work
Begin physical construction. Mobilize the construction team, set up the site, and commence work according to the approved plans and schedule. Monitor progress regularly to ensure the project stays on track and address any issues or delays promptly. Maintain clear communication with the client throughout the construction phase to keep them informed of progress and any significant developments.
Finishing Details Walkthrough
Conduct a detailed walkthrough with the client to address final touches and ensure satisfaction with all finishing details before project completion. This includes reviewing all aspects of the work, from structural elements to aesthetic finishes, and making note of any areas that need attention. Resolve any remaining issues or concerns, and obtain the client’s final approval before officially completing the project.
